We just love this reusable soft cotton face masks with colorful Hungarian motives which are now available in our web shop.

The artisan face masks are made in the south of Hungary, in the villages around the city of Kecskemet. Ladies with a lot of experience are producing these masks, thus with a purchase you support them in continuing their old trade.

The motive is a traditional Hungarian folk's motive named the Kalocsa motive. In the Kalocsa motive, they use among others the flowers of the fields and the motive on the masks simbolizes a tulip.

The colours on the face masks are typical: two kinds of red, green, yellow and magenta. You will find the same flower motives on the outer walls of the simple houses in the region, but also on many textiles of a house hold.

Tested by our models, our dear colleagues and they just loved it.
